WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To preserve the series, all orders are final, no returns or exchanges.

WHEN WILL MY PIECE SHIP?
Please allow one to two weeks to ship once transaction has processed. Tracking number will be sent upon shipment. Purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes if necessary, the majority of shipments do not incur fees. 

QUESTIONS OR DISCREPANCIES
Please email me at rm.strum@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment. Discrepancies received after 7 days will not be considered.

WHEN WILL MY PIECE ARRIVE?
USPS First-Class Mail: 2-8 business days, USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days, USPS First-Class International: 7-21 business days, UPS Ground: 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary.
